Sheila Nielsen has spent most of her career in the corporate setting, specializing in business and brand development. However, her true passion lies in holistic healing, hypnosis, and past life regressions. Raised in Alberta, Canada, and having lived in Arizona, Texas, Montana, and Florida, Sheila’s life has been one of transformation, learning, and adventure. Her joy and passion are to educate and help people live the lives they deserve, rather than the ones they believe they are stuck with.

In 2014, Sheila took a break from the corporate world to return to school and dive deeper into Hypnotherapy—a field she had personally benefited from. Sheila had experienced numerous hypnotherapy sessions that helped her uncover and release behavioral issues. This was particularly impactful after an accident left her bedridden with a broken neck, back, and skull. Allergic to most medications, Sheila relied on hypnotherapy techniques to manage debilitating pain and release childhood traumas. Within months, she was walking and resuming a normal teenage life.

Her decision to return to school was driven by a desire to learn more about Hypnotherapy. The more she learned, the more she realized the potential for this information to change lives. Sheila completed advanced courses and, although she appreciated the knowledge gained, she found the classroom setting and associated costs to be prohibitive. This realization led her to purchase the curriculum with the vision of creating an online platform to provide comprehensive and accessible education in hypnotherapy.

After years of developing a metaphysical holistic healing approach, Sheila completed her Masters Certification. In 2024, she released a Clinical program for hypnotherapists and other holistic healers, aimed at educating them on clinical issues to better serve and understand their clients. In addition to certification programs, Sheila’s organization, HPC, offers workshops for personal development and continuing education (CEU) for practitioners. These workshops are designed to help individuals begin their healing journey, understand their behaviors, and add to their practice with specialized courses.

Sheila Nielsen’s dedication to holistic healing and education is evident in her continuous efforts to improve and expand the educational tools offered by HPC. She is committed to helping heal the world, one person at a time.
